Energy saving tips and everything...
Like people say,every drop counts for an ocean..so it is! Its all upon us how we take responsibility to save every bit of energy around.. For our off springs/coming generations at-least!
By turning off those appliances which we don't use,by converting one form to another..everything we can do !
Turn off the applications when not in use..even chargers.
Always try to use lappy's, desktop computers on a 'low energy mode'.
Try to switch off fans or lights,when leaving the room/home.
Switch off A.c when you think you're about to leave the room/premises in a short time.
A general observation concludes that electronics should be replaced/upgraded as soon as possible for more profits.
Maximize the use of 'fluorescent' lamps or low power consuming bulbs/lights.
Avoid usind dryers unless there is dire need (Cuz' there are many factors..energy consumed plus no replacement of fresh air! in washing machines).
Replace car oil as soon as possible..to increase 'mileage' and reduce 'emissions'.
Go for servicing your cars..it is as 'economical' as u think!And nature friendly too.
Why not try bicycles for short trips?..for small purposes at least??Can come up with 'designs and ideas' which enable two people go biking at the same time !
Those cycles might include many accessories and options like 'solar roof tops,dynamos,solar fans' etc,..
For companies with bouncing finances/economies,it is best practice to conduct green campaigns.Employees are the companies 'energy' resources !
Go for appliances which has Energy efficiency ratings(the ones.. like LG products)..Though I am not promoting them..LOL. :-)
Vehicles with alternative energy resources is a better 'growing' option. Hybrid vehicles are on a high.Electric vehicles are also an option these days in India, Hyundai introduced "i 10" electric.Which claims to have 'zero emissions'.I am not promoting these cars as well..cause they're not paying me !. :-(
I aim for the cars which are aerodynamic which increase mileage and overall 'low emissions' as well !
Waiting eagerly for "Tesla" Electric to enter INDIA.
Sensible driving is indeed needed! Rash driving exhausts lot of fuel .. I feel gas burning up whenever we 'rush' rather than drive..
Y not share a trip? 'Car pooling' is also a best deal(and a way of-course to earn money :-) ) ..but there should not be any "EGO" problem to save this "ECO" system..!
